If you wish to apply for a grant, there are two way to do so.

The first option is to download the application in Microsoft Word format.

If you choose this option, you can open the form in Microsoft Word and fill in the application right on your computer. When you're done, simply save the document and submit it by attaching it to an email addressed to dhabun@hanover-township.org.

The second option is to download the application in PDF format.

If you choose this option, you must print out the application, fill it out by hand, and then mail or fax it to the Hanover Township Mental Health Board.
